I have worked in the field of business telephone systems since 1978, with tours of 6 years as a PBX technician with AT&T, 6 years as lead technician with Atlantel in Atlanta, GA, and 9 years as technical supervisor with J&J Communications in Kennesaw, GA. Customers with Nortel/Avaya BCM systems are struggling to update and change their systems since support for this product line was discontinued by the manufacturer.
